STRASSMAYR RWK 600/500 FRC

The Strassmayr RWK FRC crack sealing machine is designed to complete the full process of sealing slots, joints, cracks and edges of road surfaces. The machine design gives the possibility to clean and heat slots and to easily prepare and dispense special sealing masses. In addition, in the set we can add a quartz sand feeder – finishing the repair with quartz sand increases significantly the safety for road users.

The device is mounted on a frame, ready to be mounted on a trailer platform or on a small truck platform. The main tank walls are filled with thermal oil, allowing to work with sealing materials heated to 200 °C.

The vertical mixer and heated grill placed in the top part of the boiler provide continuous filling of the sealant mass to the applicator lance without the risk of blocking the mixer when adding fresh blocks of material.
