STRASSMAYR emulsion sprayer A 500 is designed to spray emulsions on small surfaces of the coating, without the need to transport and heat large volumes of material.
A 500 includes a light alloy lance with a 5 m hose. Lance is finished with a conical nozzle that allows precise and quick spraying of emulsions even on large surfaces.
A safe and inexpensive gas emulsion heating system equipped with a thermometer is responsible for maintaining the required emulsion temperature. A 500 litres emulsion tank is isolated with solid mineral wool.
Sprayer can be mounted on a vehicle or trailer.
The machine has the drive of all functions in the form of an integrated diesel internal combustion engine, controlling the emulsion pump. The entire spray system is equipped with a cleaning system using compressed air and liquid.
