The STRASSMAYR AF4 asphalt sprayer is designed to spray emulsions on small surface areas without the need to transport and heat large volumes of material.
The STRASSMAYR AF4 uses light alloy lance with a hose of 5 m length. Lance is finished with a conical nozzle that allows precise and quick spraying of material even on large surfaces.
A safe and inexpensive gas emulsion heating system equipped with a thermometer is responsible for maintaining the required emulsion temperature. A standard barrel of 200 litres is used as an emulsion container.
The machine has the drive of all functions in the form of an integrated diesel internal combustion engine that controls the emulsion pump, which is heated by the engine exhaust system.
